Many organizations use personality tests in order to determine whether or not an applicant could be a good fit. However, some companies are now using personality tests to match the workers they already have to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.According to Fast Company, an online forum about technology and business, eLoyalty is creating a system that will match a caller's personality to a customer service representative that will most fit their needs. The methodology behind this system is the Process Communication Model, which was used to recruit astronauts and how Bill Clinton would tailor his speeches, the source reports."We're taking all of the subjective and manual components of that coaching and call scoring process and making them objective, transparent, automatic, and statistically significant," eLoyalty vice president for sales and marketing Jason Wesbecher told the news provider.Personality tests could be a way to read an individual about what qualities are most important to them. The exams could be used to determine the best fit for someone, whether it be a service or a job placement.
