How do I reset my browser's temporary data?
Solution:
Please use either Internet Explorer 7.0 or Firefox 2.0 when accessing our website. Both browsers are available as free downloads.
If you wish to delete the temporary information stored on your computer by your web browser, please complete the following steps.
Using Internet Explorer 7.0:
1. Click on “Tools” in the upper right hand corner of the browser window.
2. Click the “Delete Browsing History…” button.
3. Click the “Delete all…” button towards the bottom.
4. Click “Yes”
Using Firefox 2.0:
1. Click on “Tools”
2. Click “Clear Private Data…”
3. Click the “Clear Private Data Now” button
