Fortunately, the process of developing personal brands may come easily to those who are already doing this on social media websites, whether they are aware of it or not.Although some people may feel that personal branding is something reserved for celebrities, Mashable reported that this process, in which people market themselves, is for everybody.AXcess News spoke to Rebecca Crowley, chief executive officer of RTC Publicity, about the personal branding process and found that taking a personality test can help students on their path to defining who they are to prospective employers."Take at least one, if not a few," Crowley told the news source.Using the results of this assessment, jobseekers will have a better sense of what their strengths are. Crowley added that she has all of her interns take this step.
