Typically, people who have this quality can also be described as curious or adventurous. According to the news outlet, this characteristic can be very beneficial to entrepreneurs, who must be open to new ideas and the changes that may affect their businesses.Entrepreneurs should also be agreeable, which is another Big Five personality trait. This characteristic is used to measure a person's ability to cooperate and is often used to describe those who are compassionate. This may be a useful career for business owners, as they will need to stand their ground despite a few months of poor revenue or negative feedback.According to officials from the University of Oregon, the other three Big Five traits are extraversion, conscientiousness and neuroticism.Individuals who are interested to see if they would make good entrepreneurs may want to consider taking a personality test.
