Many employers choose to use personality tests in order to determine exactly the kind of person they're hiring and where their morals lie. However, while this is a common practice in corporate America, will educators suddenly see themselves faced with the same kind of exam?In an effort to boost education reform, teachers in the UK will be subjected to personality tests before they are brought on to school districts, according to the Telegraph. Additionally, UK Education Secretary Michael Gove told the source that heads will be allowed to remove incompetent teachers and tell them that the profession is not a great fit.Although this practice has not yet been developed in the U.S., the country is currently in the midst of an education overhaul that uses standardized test scores to identify effective teachers. Perhaps personality tests could be another way to determine whether or not someone is fit for the profession or not.Personality tests are typically given during an interview process in order to determine an applicant's work behavior.
