Since 1946, Mensa has acted as an international society for individuals with high IQs, according to its website. Members come from across the globe to participate in the group's forums, exchange ideas and attend lectures.Officials from this organization recently announced that they have found their newest Mensa member in three-year-old Saffron Pledger, Echo reports. The toddler will be one of the youngest society members in the group's history. This child from the UK recently took an IQ test which shocked her family and test administrators. Pledger received a 140, which is 40 points higher than the average score in Britain.Kirsty Pledger, the toddler's mother, told the news outlet that her daughter always seemed to be more intelligent that other children her age. For example, at just 18 months old, she had a wide vocabulary, while most toddlers only say a few words at this age.Parents who believe that their children are intellectually gifted may want to have them take a kids IQ test in order to see how they compare with their peers.
