The news provider reports that teachers are trying to encourage students at a young age to start determining where their futures lie in terms of career paths."A lot of primary teachers are already doing that - helping them understand who they are, their weaknesses and strengths, building self-confidence, building relationships with the community," Career Development Association of Australia immediate past president Dr. Peter Carey told the news provider.American teachers may want to take note of this and start incorporating career aptitude tests into their curriculum.Career aptitude tests ask a number of personality questions in order to determine what the individual's skill set is and where their strengths lie.
