The economy has been tough for many to navigate, which has led to cause of concern from a number of students who are nearing graduation. However, Fort Hays State University, which is located in Kansas, reportedly had 94 percent of their 2010 graduates either find a job or continue their education, according to the Hays Daily News Online, which provides local news to residents.Dan Rice, the school's career services director, tells the news provider that he believes much of the success is due to the students being able to find jobs within their major because they have a clear-cut idea of what they would like to do."It's an opportunity for our students to utilize the resources that they have available to them to seek jobs that do fit into their majors," Rice said. One way for a student to determine whether a certain path is right for them is by taking a career test. These exams ask questions pertaining to personality and other interests to determine what kind of career path would be right for the individual.
