A number of studies have been done to gauge how individuals choose their career path, but many scientists believe that it could be gender-related. Various statistics have been released that prove certain industries are dominated by gender roles. For example, math and science jobs are typically sought out by males, while more women are entering professions like veterinary medicine. However, Babble, a website for parents, reports that a onesie company is looking to dispel gender stereotypes in careers by creating onesies that offer career patches that can be worn by either a boy or a girl. "We really wanted to communicate that every baby has the potential to be whatever he or she wants to be," Baby Potential founder Dacia Napier, a San Antonio radiologist and mother of two, told the news provider. Some of the career choices that are included on the onesies include rocket scientist, veterinarian, chef and president. However, the workplace as a whole is becoming more gender-neutral. According to Job Profiles, women compromise 46 percent of the total workforce in the U.S.
