At this conference, Phelps and the other attendees will gain exposure to fields such as public health, medical ethics and general practice. They will also have the chance to visit medical clinics and gain hands-on experience.According to the book Career Counseling, students like Phelps can benefit from taking career tests as they can offer reliable information about their characteristics and how they would mesh with various working environments.
