Question:

Why do I come back to the same page when I click a button?

Solution:

This is due to your browser's security settings not allowing cookies to be set. Cookies are small pieces of temporary information which is used when logging into a website or taking a test.

Please add our website to your browser's trusted sites to correct the problem.

1. Click on "Tools"

2. Select "Internet Options"

3. Click on the "Privacy" tab

4. Click on the "Sites" button

5. Type in "funeducation.com" and then click the button, "Allow".

6. Click "OK" to close out the prompt boxes

7. Clear the old cookie information by clicking on "Tools", then "Delete Browsing History" and then "Delete All". This will clear out any old information still in your browser.

In Firefox 2.0:

1. Click on "Tools"

2. Click "Options"

3. Click on the "Privacy" symbol

4. Click on the "Exceptions" button

5. Type in "funeducation.com" and then click the "Allow" button
